writing class

This year i had to switch schools and at my new school i have a writing class for sixth period. That is why I have a blog. In this class i had to do multiple freewrites and blog post. The teacher for this class is Mr. Hienz he makes us do lots of things it is almost the end of the semiester so this is the one of the last posts.

Oregon

Oregon is not my favorite state but its a good one. The reason its not my favorite state is because there’s not very much to see, it might be because I’ve lived here all my life and I’ve seen a lot of it. I’m sure to a person that’s never been here before it would be cool. There’s also lots of good things about it too. If you like to see lots of nature Oregon’s a good place to see some. If your a vegan there’s lots of vegan restaurants in Eugene Oregon. If you like to skateboard we are pretty much the skateboard capital of the U.S.A. When you come to Oregon you will see a lot of trees because were the green state. Oregon is going toward on economic independence that means we are trying to be a greener state. I guess after all Oregon’s a good state.

Worst Meal

This worst meal I’ve ever had so far was the time when I had Es Cargo (Snails). It was really gross because the texture of it when you chewed it was like chewing a  peice of fat. It also smelled really bad! It was like smelling a compost full of rotten stuff. It looked like a snail but as if was about to explode. At leased it didn’t sound like something that would be kinda  scary. But the taste was the worst try tasting all of those things but together. I will never try Es Cargo again.

Interveiw

I interviewed one of my family members on what there favorite sport was they said it was basketball. I also asked her why it was her favorite she answerd because its a fun sport and better than doing nothing. When i asked her what made her want to play basketball she answered  tha tshe didn’t want to at first but then her mom made her try out and then she liked it.  I asked her when she likes to play it and she said when theres a game or practice. She says shes been playing since she was eleven. Some tips she says can help are aim for the back bored when you shoot for a basket. I asked her who she does her hobby with and she said her team.

Air Travel (free write)

One time i was on a plane flying to San Fransico from New York, and I had had the unlikely pleasure to sit next to a rabbit and a turtle.the turtle had been on my right and the rabbit on my left and I was in the middle. All they would do was fight and argue about who would win if they had a race. the rabbit said he could win the race because he can jump real fast. The turtle said he could win the race because he would go slow and take his time.

I had been hearing this since the begging of my flight. they just kept going on and on about who would win. I had been very annoyed with this conversation because every so often they would bring me in to the conversation and ask who i thought would win. I couldn’t tell them who i thought would win because then it would just start another argument and one was enough.

Finally they decided to race after we got off the plane and stared to talk about who would win but after a while they stopped and fell asleep. And now i could enjoy the rest of my flight!

Free write (the constitution)

I belive that the constitution does work. I also think that in some cases it does protect mine and anyone elses rights but not all. The constitution works on rights for freedom of speech, freedom of your religion, and freedom to protest, freedom to dress how you like and freedom to have a fair trial in court, there are some others too. If we didn’t have the constitution in America i think there would a lot of problems here in America. I think people would be mad if they were accused of a crime and not being able to have a free trial.
